A third party convenience fee is charged for this service-- 2.89% of tax payment amount for credit card payments; $2.90 flat amount for electronic check payments up to $10,000 and $15,75 for over $10,000.(This feature will be available until 11:59 p.m. on January 25, 2018)Drop-Box:There are two drop- boxes at City Hall. Tax payments can be dropped in the box in the City Hall parking lot and in the main entrance of the building.In Person:Office Hours: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Weekdays*City Hall will be closed December 25, December 26, and January 1.Lottery Tax CreditsIf you owned your home on January 1, 2017 and used it as your primary residence you are eligible for a lottery credit. If the lottery credit does not show up on your bill, you may certify eligibility by a Lottery Credit Claim form when you pay your tax bill. Lottery Credit Claim forms (LC-100) are available at City Hall or can be downloaded on the Department of Revenue Website. The lottery credit applicable to the 2017 tax bill is $151.96.
